This website is operated by Justin Ruff Candle Co. (“we,” “us,” “our”). By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), including any additional terms, conditions, and policies referenced here or available by hyperlink (e.g., our Privacy Policy and Returns & Exchanges policy). These Terms apply to all users of the site.

Any new features or tools added to the store are also subject to these Terms. We may update these Terms by posting changes here. Your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform we use to sell our products and services.

1. ONLINE STORE TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or you have given consent for any minor dependents to use this site. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not transmit worms, viruses, or destructive code. A breach of any term will result in termination of your access.

2. GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Content (excluding credit card data) may be transferred unencrypted over various networks and adapted to technical requirements; credit card data is always encrypted during transfer. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service without our express written permission.

3. ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS & TIMELINESS

Site materials are for general information and may not be accurate, complete, or current. We may modify site contents at any time with no obligation to update. Your reliance on the material is at your own risk.

5. PRODUCTS OR SERVICES

Some products may be available exclusively online and in limited quantities. Returns or exchanges are governed by our Returns & Exchanges policy. We strive to display product colors and images accurately but cannot guarantee your screen’s display. We may limit sales of products or Services on a case-by-case basis, limit quantities, change descriptions/pricing, or discontinue products at any time. We do not warrant that products or Services will meet your expectations or that errors will be corrected.

6. BILLING & ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We may refuse any order and limit or cancel quantities per person, household, or order (including orders using the same account, card, billing, or shipping address). If we change or cancel an order, we may attempt to contact you via the information provided at purchase. 7. SHIPPING & RISK OF LOSS

Orders ship according to our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of the order to the carrier. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Packages returned to us as undeliverable or “Return to Sender” may be reshipped at your expense per our Shipping Policy.

8. PRE-ORDERS & BACKORDERS (if applicable)

If an item is marked pre-order/backorder, your order ships when all items are available, unless we offer/you request split shipments (additional charges may apply).

9. PROMOTIONS, DISCOUNTS & GIFT CARDS (if applicable)

Promotions/discounts are subject to their own terms and are not redeemable for cash. We may modify or end promotions at any time. Gift cards are nonrefundable and not redeemable for cash except as required by law.

10. THIRD-PARTY TOOLS & LINKS

We may provide access to third-party tools “as-is” without warranties or endorsements. Third-party links may direct you to sites not affiliated with us; we are not responsible for their content, accuracy, policies, or transactions. Review third-party terms and policies carefully.

11. USER CONTENT; FEEDBACK

If you send comments, ideas, or submissions (collectively, “Comments”), you grant us a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, edit, publish, distribute, and translate such Comments without obligation to maintain confidentiality, compensate you, or respond. You warrant your Comments do not infringe others’ rights and do not contain unlawful, abusive, or malicious content. You are solely responsible for your Comments.

12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All site content (including text, graphics, logos, images, audio/video clips, and software) is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by IP laws. Our trademarks, trade dress, and branding may not be used without our prior written consent.

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy (see link in the site footer).

14. ERRORS, INACCURACIES & OMISSIONS

Occasionally information on the site or Service may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies related to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, transit times, or availability. We reserve the right to correct errors, change or update information, or cancel orders if information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you submit your order).

We may terminate your use for violations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Justin Ruff Candle Co. and its officers, employees, agents, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service or any products. In all cases, our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the product(s) at issue.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Justin Ruff Candle Co. and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms or violation of any law or third-party right.

If any provision of these Terms is unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforceable to the maximum extent permitted and deemed severed; the remaining provisions remain in full force.

These Terms are effective unless terminated by either party. You may terminate at any time by ceasing use of the site. If we believe you have violated these Terms, we may terminate your access without notice. Obligations and liabilities incurred prior to termination survive termination.

21. GOVERNING LAW & VENUE

These Terms and any related transactions are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflicts of law rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia for any disputes, except where prohibited by law.
