Shipping Policy
We work to ship your order as quickly as possible.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (peak season 5–7). We typically ship Monday–Thursday to protect candles from weekend holds in warehouses.
Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking email once your label is created. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update.
Transit Times
Delivery timing is set by the carrier and may vary due to weather, peak volume, or route changes. Once a package is scanned by the carrier, transit delays are outside of our control.
Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
Free standard shipping on orders $75+ (after discounts, before tax) within the U.S. All other rates are shown at checkout.
Weather & Product Care
Candles are sensitive to extreme heat/cold. Slight frosting or sweating is natural and won’t affect performance. If your order arrives damaged, email photos within 7 days to justin@justinruffcandles.com and we’ll make it right (see Returns & Exchanges).
Address Changes & Undeliverable Packages
Please double-check your address at checkout. If you need a change, email us within 12 hours of ordering; after a label is created we can’t guarantee edits. Packages marked “Return to Sender,” “Insufficient Address,” or “Unclaimed” can be reshipped once returned to us; reshipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Pre-Orders/Backorders
If an item is marked pre-order/backorder, your order ships when all items are ready. If you prefer split shipments, contact us—additional shipping charges may apply.
