Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your candle. Because each item is handmade, all sales are final. That said, we’ll always make it right if there’s an issue.

  • Exchanges / Store Credit: Eligible within 7 days of delivery for items that are unopened, unused, and in original condition with proof of purchase. Customer is responsible for return shipping. A 10% restocking fee applies.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your order arrives damaged or we made a mistake, email photos to justin@justinruffcandles.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll replace or refund (including shipping) ASAP.

  • Ineligible Items: Used or burned candles, sale items, and custom/private-label orders.

  • How to Start: Email justin@justinruffcandles.com with your order number, reason for request, and photos (if applicable). We’ll reply with next steps and a return authorization.


Holiday Gifts: Purchases made Nov 1–Dec 24 may be exchanged through Jan 7 if unopened/unused.
